1. Who is responsible for your information?
Astrology & Tarot Studio is responsible for the personal information used to answer enquiries, identify payments and provide astrology readings, tarot readings and coaching services.

2. Information that may be received
- Your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number and preferred language.
- For astrology: your date, exact time and place of birth, together with the question or theme you choose to share.
- For tarot: your question, situation or theme and the personal context needed for the chosen reading.
- For coaching: your topic, preferred format, availability and information you choose to discuss during written or spoken contact.
- Payment identification, such as your name, payment reference, chosen service, amount and payment status. Full payment login details are not received.
- Email, WhatsApp and other correspondence connected with your enquiry or service.
- A review and your name only when you have given permission for publication.
3. Why this information is used
- To answer your question and help you choose a suitable service.
- To prepare, deliver and support the service you purchased.
- To schedule and provide coaching sessions.
- To match a payment to the correct customer and service.
- To maintain necessary administration and meet legal obligations.
- To protect the website, communication channels and services against misuse.
- To publish a review only with the reviewer’s permission.
4. Legal grounds
Personal information is used when this is necessary to take steps at your request, perform the agreement for your chosen service, meet a legal obligation, or support a legitimate business interest such as administration and service security. Where consent is required, information is used on the basis of that consent and you may withdraw it for future use.
5. Sensitive personal information
Questions about health, relationships, emotions, spirituality or personal circumstances can contain sensitive information. Share only what is relevant to your request. Please do not send medical files, identification documents, passwords or other unnecessary highly sensitive information. Information you voluntarily provide is used only as needed to respond to or deliver the service you requested.
6. Service providers and sharing
Your personal information is not sold. It may be processed through services that are necessary for hosting, communication and payment, depending on the method you choose. These may include Netlify for website hosting and receiving booking forms, Microsoft/Hotmail for email, WhatsApp for communication, and PayPal for payments.
Each external provider processes information under its own privacy terms. Information is shared only where reasonably necessary for the relevant service, communication, payment or legal obligation.
7. Storage and retention
Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your enquiry, provide the service, handle follow-up communication, maintain required administration and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.
8. Security and confidentiality
Reasonable measures are used to protect personal information and limit access to what is necessary. The content of readings and coaching communication is handled respectfully and confidentially. No internet, email or messaging system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
9. Cookies and external links
The current website code does not intentionally place analytics or marketing cookies. When you follow a link to WhatsApp, PayPal or another external service, that provider may process information or use cookies under its own policy.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your personal information, object to certain use, or withdraw consent for future use. You may also submit a complaint to the relevant data protection authority, including the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

11. Age requirement
The services are intended only for people aged 18 or over. Personal information from children is not knowingly requested or collected for these services.
