1. Scope
These terms apply to astrology readings, tarot readings and coaching services provided by Astrology & Tarot Studio and booked through the website, email or WhatsApp.
By purchasing a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have selected the intended service and agree to these terms.
2. Services and formats
- Astrology readings: personal written readings delivered by email. Longer readings may also include a PDF, and Full Deep Dive includes a PDF version.
- Tarot readings: personal written readings delivered by email and limited to the scope described for the selected service.
- Coaching: provided through WhatsApp audio call or the defined email-coaching format shown on the website. Video calls are not offered.
Services are online, available in English or Dutch and offered to clients worldwide.
3. Choosing and purchasing a service
You may pay directly when you know which service you want, or contact Benjamin first for help choosing. The current scope and price of each service are shown on the booking and relevant service pages.
All services are paid in advance by PayPal. After payment, complete the booking form using the email address used for your PayPal payment. Benjamin checks the payment before confirming your booking and preparing your reading.
4. Information supplied by the client
You are responsible for supplying complete and accurate information that is reasonably needed for the selected service. Astrology readings depend on the birth date, birth time and birth place you provide. Missing or incorrect information may affect the reading or delay delivery.
Do not send passwords, identity documents, medical records or information that is not reasonably needed for the service.
5. Response and delivery times
Benjamin normally responds within 24 hours after payment and receipt of the necessary information. During busy periods, the initial response may take 1–2 business days. Written readings are delivered within 1–3 days after completed payment and receipt of all required details.
Delivery may be delayed when essential information is missing or further clarification is needed. Any material delay will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Coaching scheduling and written coaching
WhatsApp coaching calls are scheduled according to Dutch time: CET in winter and CEST in summer.
- Focused Coaching: one 60-minute WhatsApp call, or one in-depth email response plus one brief follow-up question.
- Deep Coaching: one 90-minute WhatsApp call, or one in-depth email response plus up to two follow-up rounds within seven days.
- Monthly Deep Coaching: four weekly 90-minute WhatsApp calls plus brief check-ins between sessions for updates or clarification, not extended daily coaching.
7. Rescheduling, no-shows and cancellation by Benjamin
A coaching session can be moved without charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Unexpected circumstances can be discussed. A no-show without notice is not automatically rebooked and the payment normally remains due for the reserved session.
If Benjamin has to cancel a coaching session, you may choose a replacement appointment or a refund for the affected session.
8. Cancellation and refunds
All services are paid in advance. Readings and written coaching are personally prepared for the client. Once preparation of the personal service has started, the payment is non-refundable.
Contact Benjamin immediately when you need to cancel before preparation has started. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Professional boundaries and results
Astrology, tarot and coaching are offered for reflection, insight and personal guidance. They do not guarantee a particular result, event or future outcome. Health & Energy readings are not medical advice. Financial Insight readings are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment or crisis support.

10. Privacy and confidentiality
Personal information and service communication are handled according to the Privacy Policy. Readings and coaching communication are treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to necessary service providers and legal obligations described there.
11. Changes and contact
The version available when you purchase a service applies to that purchase. These terms may be updated for future purchases when the services or applicable requirements change.
